Christmas Moon Cake

I have new Idea for this Christmas & new year's event, I have make a cake with almond, egg, brown sugar, with vanilla flavour. The sauce we make use egg and cheese, this moon cake usually make by Chinese people for pray to moon God. I think this moon cake can be a good desert for people after they eat turkey and drink a cup of red wine or champagne.
This moon cake for Christmas have a lot of different food flavourings , we can use one egg, two egg, three egg or four egg for each cake, depend of our taste. Some of people use butter or margarine and brown sugar. I think chocolate food flavourings, also can be use for make this cake if we like.
Some people also use fruit flavourings for make this moon cake, Like strawberry, durian, peanut, black beans, Green beans, Red beans, chocolate, kiwi, apricot, orange, etc.
If you feel a Little to sweet, you can make and drink with hot lemon juice or lemon tea.
Or if you or your member of family have smoking, you can try the new taste like coffee, or "mocca" ( mix chocolate and coffee ), and mix with cheese or sausage with a few slice of ham. Wow a perfect good dessert for Christmas and Happy new years I think...have a nice try girls...
